The payment method to confirm your reservation and the respective cancellation policy will vary depending on the chosen rate. Updated available options are detailed on our website. Non-refundable rates will be charged in full at the time of booking or, in case of refundable rate, at the end of the free cancellation period. Some offers may propose partial refundable rate and reservation will be debited according to those specific conditions.
To preserve traditional hestetics and despite the deep rehabilitation that ocurred in our buildings, some authentic staircases had to be maintained. As such, all our apartments may not be suitable to your access. Please contact us if any doubts. Our team will do its best to allocate a suitable apartment for you and may recommend our local partners for airport transfers and assistance with luggages.
For your stay at Casa Chafariz, we recommend Parque Vitorino Damásio, located at Av. D. Carlos I, 4 (€ 26/day).
For your stay at Casa Saint Jorge, we recommend Parque Chão do Loureiro, located at Calçada do Marquês de Tancos, 18 (€20/day).
Both parkings remain open 24/7.
At the time of booking, you will be provided with our online check-in form. After returning the form duly filled, we will send you a private access code by email or SMS up to 48 hours prior your arrival (to enter the building and access your apartment). This code will remain valid during your entire stay and it will allow you to reach your apartment freely at any given time.
- Casa Chafariz does not provide space to store luggages but we recommend a shop located a few steps away on Avenida Dom Carlos I, nº76 (€5/bag from 10 am to 10 pm each day).
- At Casa Saint Jorge, we will do our best to accommodate with your requirement depending on our storage availability at the time of request.
As an alternative, we recommend https://luggit.app for all your storage requirements.

Your kitchen will be equipped for cooking including dish washing machine, refrigerator, induction plates, microwave/grill, boiler, toaster and coffee machine.
Organic soap&shampoo will always be available in the apartment.
The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned and towels will be changed every three days; kitchen dishwashing is not included. Linen will be changed every 7 days.
Your apartment is provided with free unlimited internet.
Our buildings and apartment are non smoking areas. Please refrain from smoking in the apartment. We will charge your credit card in case smoking odors needs to be taken away after your departure.
No pets are allowed within the premisses.
